Beard Team Canada

For the first time in history, Canada will have a team at the World Beard and Moustache Championships. Canadians appearing in Anchorage  include self-appointed creator and custodian of Team Canada Darrell Crawford, Warren Lillie, Tim Millar, David Janzen, Kyle McNair, Ryan Day, Mitch Steinberg, and John Burns.

Team Canada even has its own “cheer trio,” made up of Heather Zelensky, Emily Bach, and Julie Downey, who will be driving all the way from Canada to Alaska for the fun.

There are still quite a few countries out there that haven’t signed up yet. C’mon, Trinidad and Tobago!

    I would like to say thank you to all the bearded and mustache men in this world. Because of us we show the world and all the mencare companies that we don’t stand by the norm, that we disagree with the today’s social pressures of ”what you should look like” and, most of all, we send the message to all the women who loves men with facial hair that we care for them. It is a gift from the great lord (whoever your god is) that became an heritage for all of us, all of us who deserve to wear this noble plumage. A men without facial hair is like the larva to the butterfly. So as The Beards told: ”we’ll gonna start a beard revolution and we’ll gonna start today!

  5. I’m a fundraiser and work with non-profit orgs and I think Team Canada has an amazing oportunity to showcase their skills this Movember (yes, MOvember for men’s health!)
